1 pkt (200g) Old El Paso Corn Chips
1 can (450g) Old El Paso Refried Beans
1 jar (375ml) Old El Paso Thick & Chunky Salsa
2 1/2 cups grated cheese
1 carton (300ml) sour cream
Guacamole (see recipe below)
Spread corn chips over a baking tray. Alternatively, layer all ingredients into a mound shape. Top with cheese and salsa. Heat in oven at 180C for 5-10 minutes or until cheese melts. Top with garnish and serve.
GUACAMOLE: 2 avocados, mashed * 1 jar (200ml) Old El Paso Taco Sauce * 1/4 cup chopped onion * 2 tbsp lemon juice * 1 clove garlic, crushed. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
